This elevated and unique property with unobstructed views of the Blue Ridge Mountains is located only 15 minutes from downtown Greenville. Situated on 35 acres, it has a Koi pond with timber frame pond house, timber frame pavilion with rock fireplace, and large patio with brick fireplace shaded by a tree top canopy. 

 A large fire pit sits beside the covered cook area complete with charcoal grill, wet bar and propane burner.  There are 3 rest-rooms available, one is handicap accessible.  

Professionally landscaped throughout with trees shrubs, perennials, annuals, and large boulders. There is ample parking to accommodate approximately 200 people. A must see for your next event, wedding or any occasion.
